(Washington, DC) - Congressman Baron Hill has been invited to participate in the forum on health care reform at the White House tomorrow afternoon.  In anticipation of the important event, Hill issued the following statement:

“I am honored to be one of a handful of Members of Congress included in this timely event.  I hear from folks back home every day about how our healthcare system is broken, saddling families with debt and inaccessible to many.  This promises to be a bipartisan event focused on offering and listening to divergent opinions about how best to bring down health care costs and expand effective coverage.  I will certainly relay to President Obama the difficulties my constituents have encountered with our healthcare system.  And, I also plan to highlight Indiana’s nationally-recognized and advanced health information technology programs.”
